Terms & Conditions

Montreal Tango Marathon

By registering for and participating in the Montreal Tango Marathon, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1 - Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process and purchasing a pass, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2 - Registration Agreement

All registrations are personal and linked to the registered participant.

Passes are strictly non-transferable and may not be reassigned, resold, or transferred to another person.

3 - No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

- schedule conflicts

- travel issues

- personal circumstances

- changes in program or instructors.

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and attendance.

4 - Unauthorized Resale

The resale or transfer of passes is strictly prohibited.

Any attempt to resell or transfer a pass may result in cancellation of the registration without refund.

Passes purchased from unauthorized sellers will not be accepted.

5 - Event Modifications

The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, activities, venues, instructors, or programming if necessary.

Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund.

6 - Liability

Participation in the Montreal Tango Marathon is voluntary.

By attending the event, participants acknowledge that dancing and participation in physical activities involve inherent risks.

The organizers are not responsible for injuries, personal loss, travel issues, or other circumstances beyond their control.

7 - Acceptance

By completing registration and attending the event, participants confirm that they agree to these Terms and Conditions.

8 - Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, and disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
